Shambhala Center Open House Held the first Tuesday of the month from 7-9 PM New and not-so-new, please join us for an introduction to the Shambhala Center. Come and learn about the variety of programs and opportunities for practice offered here, and receive meditation instruction free of charge. Open House includes meditation instruction, tour of the Center, and question and answer session hosted by senior students of the Vidyadhara Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche and Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche. Tea and cookies will be served. There are no reservations or prerequisites required. Come as you are! Public Meditation Times Once you have received initial meditation instruction, you are free to join us at the times below. Sundays* 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM *Contains Shambhala Buddhist chants at beginning and end. |
