Shambhala Center Open House Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7 PM Please join us Tuesday and Thursday evenings for an introduction to the Shambhala Center. Come and learn about the variety of programs and opportunities for practice offered here, and individual meditation instruction is available free of charge. Open House includes meditation instruction, tour of the Center, and question and answer session hosted by senior students of the Vidyadhara Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche and Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche. Public Meditation Times Free meditation instruction is available at these times
